      <description>I worked on the transfer of the courthouses back to the state under the Lockyer- Isenberg Act.  This had major implications and ramifications throughout the county.  Despite the legislation being enacted in 1995,  they are still in the transfer process.</description>

      <description>I had a panel interview with four people.  The panel included County Counsel Lon Watson (now deceased),  Jim Meade (now retired), Deb Gmeiner (now retired), Tom Agin (now retired).  The entire administration of the office has changed since I was hired.</description>

      <description>My major was psychology.  This was very helpful when I was prosecuting Welfare and Institutions Code section 5300 (imminent threat) cases and conservatorship cases.  I also found the underlying information to allow me insight into many medical records I have read in a variety of situations.</description>
