Nathan, What's your ideal work environment?

My ideal work environment is with a team of creative professionals who can have fun together, but get the job done and done right. My leaders would be open to my input, and expect the same of me in return. I would be able to exercise some creative control. It would be relatively fast-paced, but not breakneck, and dynamic because enjoy change and don't want to do the same thing all day, every day. It would have regular hours and a consistent workload. I would receive adequate recognition and pay for my hard work and accomplishments.

Nathan, Myspace or Facebook (or neither)?

Facebook for now, but probably neither in the future. I like networking tools, but Facebook has become too cluttered with ads and add-ons. I only use Facebook to communicate with friends, and I don't view either as a professional forum.
