Currently the freedom to work from home would be my number one. Direct sales is great if your disciplined and are an independent worker. I literally get up around 5:30AM and my office is on the 2nd floor of my home so you can say my commute isn't anything to complain about! Second thing would be the company name and history. CCH is the leading provider in it's space so that makes prospecting and opening doors to new opportunities easier. Thirdly, my team is lean and aggressive. I work in the STG group (Sales Tax Group) and focus on the Telecom/Utilites vertical. I spent 4 years working within the security services devision selling internet security services and client authenticion software then migrated my last years to the Communications division. I was quick to learn and pick up the technology around how broadband and wireless carriers operate and provide services which included billing platforms. CCH recruited me for my knowledge of the Telecom industry and my familiarity with how telecom services are billed. CCH is the leader in tax data and taxibility software services. The company has been around since 1913, however more recently (10 years) in the Telecom and Utilites market. Telecom is thee most highly taxed and complex industy in the US.
