Ben, What's your daily commute like at RSM McGladrey?

Much better than it used to be. I currently have a virtual work arrangement where I work from home about 50% of the time and am in the office the other 50%. This flexibilty allows me to start work at home and wait to head into the office until rush hour is over. Sure beats sitting in traffic and I find that I'm more productive as a result. RSM McGladrey offers a variety of flexible work opportunities to help those employees who are looking for flexibility in their work and in their life.

Ben, What advice would you give to a new employee at MITRE?

Collaborate, collaborate, collaborate. There are very few silos here at MITRE, in fact they are strongly discouraged, except in cases where security issues apply. Even then, the culture facilitates wherever possible the exchange of best practices, best methodologies, etc. Any way that we can best support ALL of our government sponsors, we strive to do so. Being seen as a go-to-person is a great advantage here and is something that can greatly advance one's career/professional growth at MITRE.
