Special Programs Manager with the RI Int'l Film Festival.

It was my first experience at full operational responsibility of a project from start to finish; seeing an idea come to fruition through my direct planning and implementation. I was finally able to utilize my business administration and marketing education. It was exciting to see my alma mater, as well as affiliation with URI-TV, as an integral component to the program's success. It was a gratifying and philanthropic position working with sponsors and helping reach out to families from around the nation to help their kids develop their creative spark. It directly involved my passion of film, and allowed me to take part in its production. I was able to meet and exceed the goals that the executive director set forth, and contribute both financial revenue and public recognition to the overall Film Festival organization. Of course the compensation made it well worth it, monetarily as well as through recognition and advancement.
