      <description>My mentor, was my parents who taught us to work hard and move forward. Rather your tired or not, you need to keep pushing. Nobody is going to pay your bills but yourself. It was up to you to keep your job, and it is also your problem when you lose a job. Managers want to keep you, but it is up to you in order to be kept.</description>
