      <description>Manhattan Beach (Los Angeles) - I've lived and worked in Europe and Asia, been to plenty of islands and a many of the world's best cities.  I love the beach, love sailing, and surfing, and in Manhattan I'm close to LAX and everything this big city has to offer.  The only other place I'd relocate to is Sydney, which has many of the same benefits - it's just far away from everything!</description>
