Kristin, What are the three best things about working at NAS Recruitment Communicatinos?

Besides the obvious benefits and being part of IPG, there are numerous factors that are important to me specifically. 1. The first and most important thing is that this company cares for their employees. There is a sense of pride that comes with working for NAS and it feels like a large family.
2. They are constantly striving towards going from Good to Great. NAS prides themselves on delivering top quality service to clients and are constantly learning and evolving to keep up and even ahead of industry trends. They are focused on improving anything that can be improved.
3. NAS has great leaders. The key leaders of the company all have an impressive number of years of service with NAS. Some with over 30 years! That has to tell you something. The leaders in this company are approachable, accessable and always willing to help. I truly am lucky to work for an organization that has such wonderful resources available to young professionals like myself.

To be honest...the phone book! I had graduated from college with a degree in Communications but always had a passion for advertising. I had just moved to Jacksonville, FL and went through the phone book and called every ad agency. When I called NAS, they were hiring and I got the job as an Account Coordinator. I briefly left the company after one year and missed it so much I came back, but as the Regional Manager of the Jacksonville office.
