<title>Dennis, What's the interview process like at T-Mobile?</title>
      <link>http://www.jobster.com/at/answer/view/4481?answer_class=AnswerBase</link>
      <description>Thorough.

If you interview with T-Mo, do your homework. Our engineering recruiters were recently certified to teach Targeted Selection Interview Training, so you can expect a detailed, structured interview if you are pursuing a job in Engineering.

However, don't get me wrong...a structured, detailed interview isn't a direct translation for "stuffy, boring company!" We are anything but stuffy and err on the side of fun more often than nought.</description>
