Telephone monitoring by the corporate management, FCC, and the Public Utilities Commission are randomly performed; one must be able to expect constructive criticism and avoid FCC violations. The last major prerequisite for employment at Verizon is the ability to accept change. Change is not only expected but usually takes place on a daily basis.
