<title>jreneenorth, Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?</title>
      <link>http://www.jobster.com/at/answer/view/153082?answer_class=AnswerBase</link>
<description>My Sister, who was 19 years older than I was my most influential mentor. She done various jobs while she was in her younger years, including driving and operating heavy machinery. She worked herself up to a position in a large company and became the highest paid Female in the Plant, as their Head Cost Accountant. She then opened her own Business as a Day Care Owner. She loved Kids, but could never have any of her own. She had tons of adopted Kids in that preschool that brought her much joy to her life. She then decided to start another Business. A Trucking Business in which she owned, operated, dispatched, done her own taxes, book keeping, and hired over 60 Employees. She treated her Employees very well, paid them a descent salery, done many extra things for her drivers and their families on the holidays. When she passed away at the young age of 58 yrs old, She was a Millionaire. She taught me to go after what I want to do in life, with high self confidence that I could do anything I put my mind to do. She taught me to be strong, and if I should fall, to get back up and start over again and never to give up. She taught me many other things in life, and in the working environment. I strive to be just like my Sister every single day.</description>
