Kristen, What are you most passionate about?

I think I am most passionate in my career about forming the lasting relationships with our potential candidates and employees. I believe that successful recruiting is in a sense match making of what a candidate truly wants in a new career and what a hiring manager is expecting in experience and depth. I have to believe in the culture of the companies that I recruit for and the long term strategic goals.

Kristen, What advice do you have for someone who wants a job like yours?

My advice would be to obtain at least a four year degree in human resources or organizational psychology and several years of experience in a generalist role to be able to handle the fundamental responsibilities and understand the legal side of recruiting.
