Todd, Who was your most influential mentor and what did they teach you?

Former GTC Telecom C.O.O., Mark Flemming, was the most inspirational individual in my professional career. He was a man who led by example and always with a warm heart and smile - even when hours were late and stress was potentially high. He never missed a beat in business but also never allowed business to interfere with his main passion and pride, his family.

Though he is no longer with the company, and I have lost touch with him over the years, I will never forget the life lessons taught by his example. Nor will I ever be able to fully repay him for showing me how to succeed by caring and always to lead by setting the best possible example both professionally and personally.
