Fred Rogers (Mister Rogers) has been an exceptional inspiration to me. He was dedicated to his cause of educating children and the passion he brought to his television program demonstrated his absolutely committment to his cause. He spent a lot of time understanding his audience and in every facet of his work, his intense honesty and world philosophy shined through. I respect how he utilized song and words as well as human actors and puppets to teach his message. His caring nature reminds me that you can have an enormous impact of everyone when you take the time to really listen to what they are saying and especially when you show respect for their feelings.

Learn to be selfless and honest. It's important to present information clearly but without a personal agenda. That said, senior management is usually looking for a clear recommendation so don't become so bogged down in details that the important thrust of your presentation is completely obscured.
