      <description>I work with families that have a child with a primary mental health diagnosis.  I provide in home services to assist parents in obtaining what they need to keep their child out of the hospital or placement as well as developing parent facilitated support groups.</description>

      <description>The staff at New Directions are all involved, dedicated and supportive of the mission of the agency.  Supervisory staff goes above and beyond to enhance the experiences and to encourage the individual development of employees.  Benefits, ie. health insurance, educational financial assistance, are excellent.</description>

      <description>I work in Children's mental health.  First as an intensive case manager working with individual children and now as the Family Support coordinator working with the parents of mentally ill children.  The purpose of all childrens mental health programs at New Directions is to keep kids at home and out of the hospital and/or placement whenever possible.</description>
