Requirements varied from staffing a development effort for a client to "C" level in-house recruiting efforts. The focus was placed on knowing the client and ensuring you had a "big picture" perspective. I learned how to be creative in my search techniques. CC Pace is very process-oriented which is beneficial in a recruiting organization of their size. My recruiting process was sharpened as a result. He gave me my start in recruiting pretty much right out of college. I moved on to two other companies and was recruited back to TestPros in 2004. The owner is a stand-up guy.
