Alan, What makes you a great employee?

I am motivated. I am ethical. I am honest. I am fair. I am passionate. I always do my best. I always strive to be better. I am already good at my job. I get better on a daily basis. When presented with an issue, I do not rest until it is solved. Even after it is solved I think about a better way to do it. I really care about what I do.

Alan, What kind of job are you looking for?

I am looking for a web design/development job. I can be a graphic designer, but I lean more towards the technical aspects of web design. I am happy to stay up to date with issues like Web Standards Compliance, Accessibility, and Search Engine Optimization. I am learning as many Web 2.0 related technologies as quickly as I can. I never want to stop learning, and I think this field will keep me busy for a very long time.
