Ade'dra, How would you describe what you did at Empire State College?

Empire State College was a good school to advance my education. I loved It because It wasnt a classroom setting, but more of a one to one mentoring sessions with your professors. People thought It would be a breeze completing my degree this way but actually It was tougher than a classroom setting; because I had tons of researching to do just to complete a paper on a weekly basis. Remember this wasnt a classroom setting, just a syllabus, a mentor I would see twice a week and I was on my own. But It was great because that was my style of working on my degree, and thats how I do In my professional life as well.

This Is where I recieved my start. Ford Motor Company was a great company to work for because It gave me ample opportunity to learn about the company, the products they produce and sell. Their customers as well as their competitors. I had to be flexible whenever possible, It gave me a sense of responsibility quick and fast and I enjoyed that.

I manage 70 employees, both direct and Indirect. I have to make sure they follow sop's, safety, quality, tpm's,etc during production. I have 5 direct reports I have to do on a daily basis. I have to discipline employees at times, train and I also lead my employees so they can perform their tasks as needed.

Basically what I am doing now (please review my work history). I enjoy working with people, training others, and gaining any skills I can possibly get my hands on. I am just trying to relocate back to the Southeast because where I reside right now Isnt very suitable for my family or myself. Plus my company Is starting to lay employees off due to slow sales In the housing market. So Atlanta, Ga or Charlotte, NC Is where my family and I would be most happiest.
