<title>James Owen, What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?</title>
      <link>http://www.jobster.com/at/answer/view/190344?answer_class=AnswerBase</link>
<description>If you are in your last year of college, use your on-campus interviewing program as much as possible. Interview with as many companies that will meet with you. Become an expert at interviewing. Notice how the interviewer is dressed and mirror it. Ask for feedback on your resume and how you interviewed. Get really confident about the overall "candidate package" that you bring. If you are having a challenge cracking the industry or role-track that you wish, use a temp-tern company to get placed and gather more experience. Maximize the connections that you make and network to find open positions. There are several great online networking communities like Jobster and LinkedIn that can help you get connected.</description>
