      <description>I answered tech support calls, also helped in a migration to upgrade all terminal computers at each branch office. Had to walk secretaries and tellers through installing the new board over the phone that we had previously inventoried, tested, packaged, and shipped. We tracked using Microsoft's Excel and Access programs.</description>
