Barret, What's the secret to getting hired at Coastal Consulting Group?

We work with some of the best most specific talent in the Northwest and surrounding areas. Have a background that shows you have a proven track of success and a work ethic to back it up. Make sure that when you read a job description that you are confident in everything written and if you don't know a particular skill set or lack something in your background let the recruiter or hire staff know before hand so that they are prepared for it. Being a good candidate is not always about being the perfect candidate. A good attitude, good communication skills, reasonable knowledge of skill sets and a lot of drive goes a long way at times.

The answer is simple. Recent statistics show that only 44% of all people who attend college for a specific field of study actually become employed utilizing that education. For me, I get to place people every day in a job they love, and with a strong company that rewards them the way they deserve to be rewarded. Find out more at lgconsult.com or
