I place a lot of value on the educational and growth aspects that a position may offer. As such, I would consider other opportunities. I appreciate the challenges and opportunities afforded by a sales position. I made a decision to move from retail to a b2b sales role, hoping to attain more "family friendly" hours while maintaining the income that I enjoyed as general manager. I enjoyed my experience in management, and learned a great deal about people and business in general. I miss the responsibilities that I had while I was in that position. I hope to "work my way back up the ladder" as I gain ground in my new role.
