      <description>Because I was working on several periodicals simultaneously, my biggest challenge was to make sure several competing time lines were being met. To meet this challenge I developed a calendar list time management tool that helped me focus on what I needed to be doing today, while making sure I always remember what I needed to be doing in the future.</description>

      <description>Of all the four sections of the database -- Newspaper, Magazine, Radio and Television -- managing the Magazine portion was the most challenging. There are so many more magazines being published that newspapers, radio stations or television stations. Also, because each magazine is so unique in what it covers, tagging each one to the appropriate category code, and training others to do so correctly without supervision, what very challenging. But, I was fortunate to work with some great people and had a wonderful team to help me accomplish that job.</description>
