Charles, What motivates you to do your best work at Abba Wireless Executive Search Grop?

As the Principal of a niche executive search firm serving the wireless and mobile content industries, I find that living in the mountains without the hustle and bustle of city streets makes my production even better. I recruit for startups and high-growth companies, (even a few Fortune 500). I use my technical and industry market knowledge in the wireless industry to enable my clients in growing their senior management team by placing strategic decision makers, revenue rainmakers, and IP builders. Theere really is no better feeling than to hear a VC client thank me getting the right candidate to him or when a CXO I have placed calls me 1 or 2 years later to tell me the company has been acquired and they are cashing in on a nice buyout.

Helping clients to change the way they go about recruiting - building a performance profile rather than a static job description of who they need, and working with VCs recruiting CXos for their startups.
