Keith, What companies would you most like to work for?

With the caveat that I'd need to learn a lot more about working at these places -- my pie-in-the-sky companies would be Apple, Google, Cincinnati Bengals, Cincinnati Reds. But liking a company's products doesn't mean they'll be satisfying to work for...

Keith, What are the most challenging aspects of your job?

My degree isn't technical, so to succeed in the interactive space, I had to teach myself everything on the fly. I saw the work I wanted to do, so I did what it took to get the job. I'm hungry to keep growing, and to help a company succeed in the process.

Works hard but most importantly works smart. A leader and a good communicator. Someone to go to for answers and solutions. Gets things done.

Keith, What are you most passionate about?

My core value proposition to a company is the passion I have for interactive media, and the passion for taking an idea and turning it into a product or solution that thrills its target audience (whether that audience is internal or external, B-to-C or B-to-B).

Keith, What kind of job are you looking for?

I want to work with an aggressive company that's comfortable reinventing itself when the market demands it. Businesses -- and employees -- who focus on "what's now" instead of "what's next" are dead in the water. My career milestones are a series of "what's next" moments that illustrate how I strove to protect and grow a business.

I'm not interested in a company seeking a 'clock-puncher' and such a company won't want me. I'm motivated: I see business opportunities, I take on tasks that are bigger than me, and I figure out how to turn those opportunities into reality. That drive translates into my after-hours life, too: I ran a successful DJ company for several years and currently I'm directing a non-profit start-up.

Keith, What's your New Year's resolution?

Resolutions never work; set goals instead! My biggest goal this year is to launch a non-profit organization serving Ohio's needy.
