I started my career at Hr. St. Elec. Dev. Corpn. Ltd. (HARTRON) as a Computer Operator. After 2 months I was promoted as Supervisor of my team. After Six months working as a Supervisor, I was promoted and assigned end-to-end responsibility of multiple e-Governance Projects. I worked as an extended arm to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at HARTRON. After completing my graduation I left the Organisation because It was a Govt. Undertaking and I was working on a Contractual Post on the Designation & Salary very low as per my Profile. So, I joined Tech Mahindra Limited as a Customer Support Associate (CSA) where after 3 months I was made SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for entire ABU Operations. I was also awarded with Tags like "Backup of Team Leader" and "ABU Asset". After One Year, keeping in view my Analytical & Process Improvement Skills, I was promoted as BPM Executive which is a Business Analysis & Management Consultancy Profile. Now I'm determined to make a mark in the Management Consultancy Proffession by using various problem solving & process improvement methodologies viz. Six Sigma, Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), Brainstorming, brain writing, Innovation Heuristic Redefinition Process (HRP), breakthrough/disruptive/ incremental/open/closed source/sustainable innovation, TILMAG (Transformation of Ideal Solution Elements with a Common Associations Matrix) FMEA (Failure Mode Effects and Analysis), change management, risk management, project Value Engineering, COPC, ITIL, time management and BPM Systems
