- Medical Recruiting for clients to support, RN, LPN, Bioscience, PA's, etc.
- Provide client support in an outsourced recruiting model. Support hiring managers in full life-cycle recruiting including job description development, recruiting strategy creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring qualified candidates. Work in conjunction with HR to prepare and present offers and complete the employee on-boarding process. 
- Utilizing a strategic, client-focused approach to outsourced recruiting function. Enable clients to turn recruiting costs into variable expenses, by charging an all inclusive hourly rate, not a flat percentage; track recruitment expenditures more accurately by allocating back to appropriate business units; and improve recruitment processes and metrics. 
- Referencable clients include Yahoo!, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Sony Online Entertainment, InfoSpace, ICOS/Eli Lily, Sony and Calypso Medical</description>
