I started off as a technology consultant and desired to deal with people more instead of the technology piece and recruiting filled that gap. I have progressed from there by learning something new every day and talking to every one I could and reading evetything I could find on the topics relevant to learning the recruiting / staffing world. Bottom Line learn something new every day!
