I'm armed with my desktop computer, and my laptop on the side. My side arm of choice is my handy dandy iPod that kills two birds with one stone...keeping my mojo pumping, and acting as my external hard drive.

Bryan, What are the three best things about working at CanItGo Interactive?

Freedom, Creativity, and Passion. I have the ability to create and do what I want, when I want. My own destiny is in my hands, and that gives me the incentive to excel at everything I do. I have creative freedom as well, allowing me the option of doing of executing even the most absurd ideas. Business is also my passion, and so is the internet. Together, I'm able to place my passion and dedication into something I truly love, and hey - it pays the bills as well.

Bryan, How did you find your job at CanItGo Interactive?

Initiative. I have learned that in this world, initiative is one of the most important traits that a successful person will have. Don't wait for opportunities, because they rarely come. Instead, take the time and chance to create them yourself. So, I created my own interactive network in 2005 and it is only getting stronger every month.

Bryan, What's your dream job?

Years ago, when I was just a wee boy, I saw the movie, "What Women Want" with Mel Gibson. Gibson's character was a marketing director, and it showcased his job. In one scene, he was given a shoebox filled with a client's products. From there, he came up with a brilliant marketing strategy and campaign.

After that, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life. That was to establish my own marketing firm. I love being behind the scenes of, what I think is, the most impotant aspect of a company's success. I love knowing what makes people tick, and what tactics I can use to take advantage of it (in a good, and ethical way of course), to improve my client's public image, and bank account :)

Bryan, What are the three things that provide you satisfaction in your work?

Success, Enjoyment, and Triumph. I love when I am able to finish a project, and see other people using it (or buying it). It means that I've managed to offer something that really is useful to other people. That is where I get my joy from. It puts a smile on my face to know that people need what I offer. And finally, I get a sense of triumph knowing that I've overcome all of the obstacles that stood in my way.

Bryan, What's the toughest problem you've had to solve?

How to improve myself professionally, in the business world - without struggling to much in college. It's my personal belief that while education is of utmost importance, it takes the backseat to my future dreams and goals. My passions and pursuits come first. My toughest problem has been managing both at the same time.

Bryan, What was your first job?

My first job was at Score! Educational Centers. I was able to be a personal tutor to kids in grades 1st - 9th. It was awesome! It tested my ability to teach others, to help and motivate, and to remember how the heck to do long division...by hand!

I'd love to try out business administration. Although I'm more into marketing and creative direction, I think it'd be awesome to see how things work on the administrative side - assigning and guiding a business in the correct direction. It's like a chess match - and just so you know, I'm a national US chess champion (2005).

My father. He told me one thing that has stuck with me my entire life - there are followers, and there are leaders. Always be a leader. And throughout my life, I have tried my absolute best to do so. 99% is still not 100%, and I never settle for anything less then that.

Bryan, What kind of job are you looking for?

A marketing internship. I'm not looking to pour coffee, answer useless phone calls, or delivering mail and fetching lunch. I want to excel in life, I want to make connections, and I want to prove myself. I want to get my hands dirty - I want to have direct interaction with a client. I want to be behind the scenes, one on one, with the rest of the team. Don't give me data entry assignments - give me challenges that will test my knowledge, my ability, and most of all - my passion.
