Kim, How would you describe what you did at Bulldog Solutions?

I manage the Human Resources area of Bulldog Solutions by helping with new employee orientation, answering questions regarding benefits, payroll and other employee related issues. Bulldog Solutions' culture is very much what one would expect from an Austin based organization. We love live music, the outdoors and of course dogs. We are also dedicated to making our clients extremely happy. I absolutely adore working at Bulldog Solutions and I'm completely blessed to be surrounded by such an incredibly talented group of individuals.

We are every bit an entrepreneurial company and spunky! So, advancements mean that you've been able to find a need that hasn't been filled and shown us how you can make a difference in that new responsibility.

Kim, What's the interview process like at Bulldog Solutions?

Pretty simple. Once we determine that your qualifications fit our needs then we set up a phone interview. If that goes well we bring you in to meet with the hiring manager and at least one other team member. If that set of interviews go well, we bring you back for a final round of meeting with a member of our executive staff and another team member or two.
