Anthony, What did you learn along the way at Strategic Alliance Healthcare and IT Staffing?

Well the 'energy' and 'oxygen ' here is fresh and new... where I have been along the way has taught me that you can't trust people who don't trust you. If you are good on your own step away from people and situations like this as they will use you at best and it is probably not a true picture you can believe they present in return. There is a line between being weird about this and knowing this as I helpfully suggest to those who can hear my message. I am keeping the air nourishing as possible for our future successes with our candidates on purpose.

Anthony, What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?

Why did I leave my last job? I was cruelly terminated under extremely unfair and dishonest circumstances in light of my excellent and extraordinary contribution to my past employer.... therefore this was a horribly painful memory with not a lot of logical understanding from my side of the experience. I decided to take the high road and stated that it simply became time for my employer and I to take new paths in order to continue growing to each of our potentials. Having to answer this in five different interviews I was delighted to receive five job offers.

Recruiting. Recruiters experience the most exquisite level of job satisfaction when the right person reaches the right job ... and both have thanked the recruiter. Also when you are charged with extending a job offer to the candidate you know wanted the job the most for all the right reasons. Heaven.

Know yourself. Be certain the motivation within your Recruiter's heart is balanced in tenacity for results and helping others. If the balance is present your success won't need anyone outside yourself to know you made the right difference for others - because you can.
