1. Being a musician in a music store is like being a kid in a candy store but much better! At the music store you try everything out, doing this at a candy store will get the manager to chase you with a broom.
2. You work with cool creative people that communicate using only word, dude!
3. See number 1.

1. Great benefits - full time employees receive 2 and half days off month which increases every year you are employed, good health insurance and excellent retirement programs.
2. Plenty of room for improvement. Since the organization is still in its startup stages there is often slack that needs to be picked up by some one willing to hold many hats. If you are an organized go getter there are plenty of opportunities to make your mark.
3. A very rewarding experience. Watching people develop and learn new skills because of your hard work is one of the best experiences anyone can have.

Rather than choose to lose 10 pounds and learn to decipher an ancient language, I choose more attainable goals. This year I will learn to cook authentic Cuban and Chinese foods (hopefully not at the same time).

Manuel, What profession other than yours would you like to try?

Two professions intrigue me equally. I would have pursued a career in marine biology so that could dive all around the world while trying to learn about and unlock the mysterious that lye beneath the ocean. My other choice would be to become an artist so that I could focus more on being creating creative and making what I imagine become a reality.
