I eventually moved out to the sales floor part-time. I worked every department as a floater for several months until I was placed permenately in the accessories department. After approximately 2 months I was then placed in Lingerie and trained to be a Customer Service Specialist. However, I was still sent up to take over the switchboard to relieve the other operators for lunches or if an operator called in sick. I also helped out in other departments if we were short handed or lunches needed to be taken and the managers of those departments were unable to cover for their department at that time.
