On weekends and occasionally on the weekdays I would open the store. This meant inputting stock, revenue and gas prices into the main computer, and depositing profit from previous day in the bank, as well as checking in stock, filling the coolers, training new employees, and helping customers. I also had to research rival comopanies in the area to promote competative prices.

I began as a 300 line switchboard operator. I eventually moved out to the sales floor part-time. I worked every department as a floater for several months until I was placed permenately in the accessories department. After approximately 2 months I was then placed in Lingerie and trained to be a Customer Service Specialist. However, I was still sent up to take over the switchboard to relieve the other operators for lunches or if an operator called in sick. I also helped out in other departments if we were short handed or lunches needed to be taken and the managers of those departments were unable to cover for their department at that time.

I strived to achieve greatness in many different fields. Preparing myself for what college would have in store for me. There were many different courses I took an interest in and was never really able to pick a favorite. I lilke to think I attempted to be a "jack of all trades" rather than a "master of one or none".

I am looking for a job that I can do from home. My current medical and family situation do not allow for me to work outside the home and the bills are piling up, therefore, I am seeking employment that would allow me to utilize my computer, data entry and/or typing skills at home. Typing memo's, data entry forms, anything that will help put a little cash in our pockets and improve my familys' quality of life.
