      <title>Linda C, What's a typical day like at Elite Technical Group?</title>
      <link>http://www.jobster.com/at/answer/view/96600?answer_class=AnswerBase</link>
<description>My typical day starts at 5:30am. with a strong cup of coffee, then I begin by catching up on email correspondence from candidates and clients alike, review industry blogs and replies from job postings. By 8:00am I begin calling candidates to present employment opportunities, qualify skills appropriate to the job, negotiate salary requirements, prepare candidate resumes for the submittal process and schedule interviews. On the client side, I schedule meetings or teleconferences to present superstar candidates, review their skill sets with the hiring managers, arrange for the candidate's initial phone interview or face to face interview. Afternoons tend to be used for fielding more calls, speaking with vendors to review products and/or services that pertain to my industry and will benefit my clients or candidates. Evenings are reserved for end of the day call backs, reaching out to the candidates I was unable to contact during the day, networking with colleagues and to prioritize the next day's work. I usually turn off the lights and close the door behind me by 9:00pm, but sometimes there is still more busy work to be done that carries me into the wee hours. All in a days work, so to speak.</description>
