      <description>I participated in "Women on the Border" and volunteered through the Student Hurricane Network with the New Orleans City Council. 
I studied the European Union and civil law systems while studying in France.
My partner and I won the College of Law's annual advocacy in mediation competition, and represented NIU at the ABA regionals.</description>
