As a peer-driven organization that emphasizes team dynamics, we realize that every new team-member shapes our company culture in some way.  No one knows what it takes to accentuate our culture more than our existing team and we leverage that knowledge in every way.  Our interview process involves a job shadow with one of our team members and several peer-based interviews.</description>
