Jennifer, What's your ideal work environment?

My ideal work environment is intense, yet laid back. Fun, yet productive. An environment where you can always learn or pick something up, yet at the same time you are fully aware of what is supposed to be accomplished and there is always someone to help you out along the way. I like working in a supportive, hands on environment; where the managers are just as much apart of the daily routine as anyone else. A "team work based" environment is also important to me, where an emphasis is placed on everyone doing their part to make the whole operation a success.

Jennifer, Who is going to win this year's Super Bowl?

Haha, honestly I have no idea who is even playing this year - though I do know that the teams haven't even been picked yet because it's still too early. I'm more likely to hear about it after the fact, or while the game is actually going on.....than months before to make a prediction.

Jennifer, What kind of job are you looking for?

I'm looking for a job that has longevity, and the prospect of advancement. Preferably something in the restaurant industry, though I fully understand that it is a dominating and intense field, and sometimes the jobs you get aren't always privy to moving up the ladder. I'm looking for something that will teach me, and help me grow as a person and as an employee. I like to take my knowledge of one thing and apply it in other areas, so I'm looking for a position that will challenge me mentally, and make me learn something different.

Jennifer, Myspace or Facebook (or neither)?

I prefer Myspace, only because it has more of a "hands on" interface, at least in my opinion. I use Myspace to connect with media and music, where I use Facebook to connect with friends from high school and college, and further my networking to possibly find a job or go back to school.
