      <title>Sonya, How would you describe what you did at Employment Security Commission of North Carolina?</title>

      <description>My position was in the Labor Market Information Division.  My primary function was to work with the Division's customers (local areas, other State agencies, North Carolina Legislature, etc.) to address their information needs related to workforce and economic development.  I also represented the Division in National work-groups to develop and improve data/information products.  My other job functions involved survey research, analysis of administrative data, data management, and statistical analysis.</description>
