The project staffing model gives little room for personal input. In my experience, proactive staffing of yourself is not encouraged. Rather, executives staff you where there is need.

Hui (Eddie), What are the lunches like at IBM?

Since IBM has offices all over the world, I'd imagine it all depends on where you are. I worked at an IBM site in upstate NY. The cafeteria left a lot to be desired. Sandwich line, daily special line and salad bar. That's about it. Boring question/answer. Sorry

Hui (Eddie), What's your workspace like at Accenture?

Remote - Rotating workspaces: Mondays through Thursday, most consultants are at the client's site. This means your workspace depends on the client. On Fridays, most traveling consultants either work from home or from their local Accenture office. At most Accenture offices, workspaces are booked like hotel rooms. You go to work, check in and book an empty space for the day.
