      <description>FIrehouse Red's interview process is straight-forward. Candidates submit their information at firehousered.com and if it looks like we have an appropriate position available we set up an introductory (10-minute) phone interview. The process from there varies depending on the client company, but generally includes face-to-face interviews with both FIrehouse Red and the client company.</description>
