Too many things :-) I will have to tell you later if you really want to know. I am currently doing engineering/technical program management at Live Search product group, and prior to my current gig I successfully incubated a small business VoIP phone system solution which was funded directly by Bill Gates. Reviewed with, and secured business case, productization, go-to-market and marketing fund approvals from Bill Gates.

Keep your mind and your option open. Know the direction you are heading but not too worry about long term - after all step-by-step is the basic and it will take you there if you know what you are doing at every step.

Yu-Ting, What path did you take to your current career?

It started with a random step, seriously, I mean, random. I was a heavy coder (became a certified professional software developer in my sophomore year in college) but bumped into McKinsey simply for two reasons - seems every MBA wanted to get in there, and I didn't know what to do. I know it sounded silly but that's how I got started.
