Timothy, What do you miss most about Flashcom?

The great people. Their were alot of great sales and administrative professionals in our office. And the reseller relationships I made enabled me to master many aspects of the channel sales development profession. It was more than a bunch of co-workers but somewhat felt like a family. We had a passion to make Flashcom the best dsl provider organization in the nation.

Answering 2 interview questions correctly:

What is a gui?

Do you want to sell?

The person who asked me those questions became my supervisor. Also a great friend.
We partnered together with the VP of Sales to open a Channel Sales Dept in Boston, MA.

It was one of the best opportunities I ever had. I met many great people, fine-tuned my channel sales skills and formed many partnerships that have lasted for years.

I will miss this team for the rest of my life.

They rocked!

Working as a caddy at Pawtucket Country Club in Rhode Island in the 70s. It was a great experience and really showed me the value of networking. I caddied for politicians, lawyers, doctors, police chiefs, inventors and more. It was amazing to listen to their conversations and receive advise and encouragement from them to advance myself. I worked their as a caddy for a few years then advanced to a greenskeeper position.

I have many.
My father about committing fully to meeting the needs of every customer. Also in regards to being really focused in defining ones goals. My dad has been a golf course professional for over 50 years. He is respected by alot of business professionals for his efforts.

Anthony Robbins
I have been a fan of his personal power program for over 20 years. And highly recommend reading his book:
Awaken the Giant Within. I once participated in one of his seminars about Mastering Persuasion Techniques. It was filmed at the Marriot Marquis in Times Square. New York City , NY. It was a great forum for networking. He had 1000+ executives at the event so excited that many of them were standing on top of their chairs cheering him on! It was an unforgettable experience that taught me the power of group thinking and creating meaningful relationshi[s.

And of course: My current business partner in my recruiting venture.
I will call him George for now til I form a partnership with some of you.

George is an Executive Recruiter and founder of one of the largest recruiting firms in the USA. He took one business manager with 150K to invest and helped him to become a successul leader of a very successful franchise team. George is a person who understands the value of developing recruiting professionals and in return receives the benefit of enthusiastic and committed business partners. He is more than a coach, to me he is a true pioneer in the recruiting industry.

I am currently an Executive Recruitment Liason and Channel Sales Development Consultant:

Here is an example of what I can offer as a recruitment partner:

Attention: Chairman of the Board or Board Members!

Does your company need help hiring or replacing a c-level executive officer?

Our terms are very easy to work with and the quality of our candidates is the best in the industry.

We have over 1,000 candidates currently ranging from those who have run start-ups to those who have managed Fortune 500 companies. They have not only been successful in running companies but many have managed to accumulate significant wealth due to their ability to grow firms which were acquired by larger companies.

They have minimum net worth's of $1,000,000, with many as high as $2,000,000 to $10,000,000 and some in the $40,000,000 to $80,000,000 range. Most of our executives have a following of VC and private equity firms which will work with them.

Many of our candidates are willing to invest in a company they run, but what we are seeking is job listings for executives who would be paid a base salary, bonuses and/commissions whether or not they make any investments in your firm. Our fees are nominal.

We charge a flat fee per candidate. However, instead of paying us up front, you pay us 10% of what you pay our candidates each month you pay him salary, bonuses and/or commissions until we are paid the entire fee we agree upon. If for any reason the candidate does not work out, you only pay us for the months he worked for you. You do not pay the balance of the fee nor do we give refunds.

If you hire one of our candidates to do consulting work, our fee, again, is 10% of what you pay him each month but never more than the fee we agree to no matter how long he/she may work for you.

If you would like to talk further, please send us a mission statement or a summary of your business plan and ajob description of the executive position.

Strict confidentiality will be maintained per industry standards.
