      <title>Lance, If you could choose, what city would you most like to live/work in?  Why?</title>

      <description>If I could choose which city I would live/work in it would have to be Waterbury, CT.  It does not help a cities developement if all the people who get a higher education outsource themselves to other cities.  So I would choose to work and live in my hometown of Waterbury to promote the overall developement.</description>
