For my employer I was influential in attracting hundreds of students and experienced professionals, and in 2001, when the outsourcing hit, many of those people, I had worked with were laid off. I created the network to help them, but we became global in 2 years. We had donated several million dollars worth of traditional placements while I was navigating the curve. Today we are a full service contingency and direct placement service, operating nationally, and doing good will efforts globally. I LOVE my career!
