Caroline, What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

In terms of a job search strategy: Whatever everyone else is doing - do the opposite. You have so many resources at your disposal, but it takes a little digging and persistence. Mostly, I think you have to really remember that you are selling YOU so even though you may be nervous in an interview, don't forget that it is NOT life or death! Be likeable, and highlight your strengths, but be humble. And....remember to convey WHY you want THIS job and YOU are the best candidate. Good luck!

I don't think I'm in any danger of being a "grown up" anytime soon. I don't look like someone's mini-van driving aunt, and I WON'T ever give up the passions that I've nurtured throughout my life.

Caroline, What path did you take to your current career?

Well, it was definitely an interesting one - the result of hardwork and serendipity. It essentially looks like an airline flight plan - back and forth to Europe a few times, some short stints & lame stopovers, but I finally landed at a company where I am professionally challenged and thrilled to come to work every day!
