Ricardo, What advice do you have for someone looking for their first job out of college?

My advise is "get differentiated!". At this point, out of college, everyone has pretty the same background education and you can only differentiate by three things: high grades, jobs taken (part-time or not) and hobbies! So, think about in what are you different from other people! And don't forget, your competitors are worldwide (globalization is here)!

Ricardo, What was the last really difficult interview question you were asked? How did you respond?

The last really difficult interview question was "Where do you wanna be in 5 years?" and I responded by saying "I don't know. World is changing so fast that probably what is today it won't be in 5-years. Look at the mobile phones, who could ever imagine we would be so mobile-dependent? But I'm sure I'll be working!"

Ricardo, If you could choose, what city would you most like to live/work in? Why?

I would like to live in New York because of its people diversity and it's a non-sleep city. I would like to work in London because it's a big economic center near to all Europe and it's a pass-through city of all world business.
