      <title>Charles, What makes you a great employee?</title>
      <link>http://www.jobster.com/at/answer/view/389898?answer_class=AnswerBase</link>
<description>I do the best that I am able to do. I come to work smiling. I'm polite, I'm honest, I'm sincere. I do everything that is asked of me and I try to learn as much as possible. I go out of my way to help others, and to further educate myself. I was taught to look up at those above me and take on the responsibility that they have. I don't just accept that I am unable to perform their job because they have a different title and they may get paid more. I am a leader that leads by example. I have confidence in myself and my work. I treat everyone with respect no matter if it is reciprocated or not. If I am unable to perform a job function, I don't ignore the problem. I conquer it by seeking help. If I make mistakes, I look down on myself and try to improve myself to a perfect standard. I don't judge my work by every piece I submit, I judge it by the daily activities of all of my work. If I do happen to make a mistake, I try to reflect on what caused that mistake, and I try to improve myself from making it again. I can evolve and adapt within any organization that could use the talents I already posses and make them grow. I am a benefit to any company that takes me under their wing.</description>
