<title>Rita, What was your most bizarre interview experience like?</title>
      <link>http://www.jobster.com/at/answer/view/161116?answer_class=AnswerBase</link>
<description>While in college, I interviewed a leader in education reform and renewal for my honors thesis. Part way through the interview, I realized that he was interviewing me at the same time I was interviewing him. I finished my thesis and accepted a position working for him at the Institute for Educational Inquiry. The job provided excellent experience and learning, and the interview itself was a rich lesson in why it's worth meeting and talking with people whose work you respect.</description>
