Constructed complete RDBMS package including reporting, recovery, mail-merge and archival. Developed custom tool-sets for future database engine.
Determined business needs from staff interviews, questionnaires, group presentations and brain-storming sessions. Then later provided support and training till final roll-out.</description>

      <description>From a job agency, I remember trying to find the office and getting lost with bad directions; was funny.

I was actually hired in to handle the DB and write some apps but it blossomed into a full Web Development role and I'm glad, I really enjoy Web work, much more fun and so expandable.</description>

      <description>Learning C# in a week.  

We had a developer in to build a product for us which eventually got handed over to me, the client wanted some extras so I was chosen to do it.  Got the project and learnt everything on the job in a matter of days, was tough but fun.</description>
