Tim, How did you find your job at Jobster?

It was a validation of the "Good people know good people" scenario. My brother who works at Micosoft was working with a contacting company named Disha. They were looking for testers, so they offered me a job that put me on assignment with Jobster. A few months later I went on full time at Jobster!

Well it's the funniest and the sadest. I got stuck in the office elevator on Valentines Day. Oh sweet irony!

Tim, What do you miss most about Microsoft?

The grand scale launch parties. My second day at work in the windows group was the WindowsXP launch party. It was a giant outdoor carnival with all kinds of rides and the like

Secondly, I was there for the windows server 2003 launch event. That was an underground rave party. Pretty awesome stuff.

Only problem was there were 3 years between such events. But we did have WIM's all the time, which were at one point weekly bbq's and beer.

My first 'job' was sweeping up the floor at the local barber shop. Unfortunately, the stupid kid I was, I never got paid for it. I just thought it was cool.

Well if I won the lottery, I could setup my dream workshop of refurbishing classic Saab hatchbacks into even better "green" machines. Now I just need to come up with a great name for the company.
